My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, we’ll figure this out together! 

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day - sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If your tracking hasn’t been updated for an unusually long time or if it never updated at all, your package may be lost in transit. Start by filing a claim with the carrier. If the issue isn’t resolved within two weeks, reach out to us within 30 days, and we’ll work on replacing or crediting your order.

We’re unable to replace packages due to an incorrect address, so please double-check your address at checkout!

For temporary addresses, please note that we can’t take responsibility if the recipient has moved by the time the order arrives within the expected shipping timeline.

When will I receive my refund (due to defects)?

We'll let you know as soon as we've received and checked out your return, and tell you if your refund has been approved. If it is, you'll get your money back on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, banks and credit card companies can take a bit to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please reach out to us!
